Lux Veritas Verification

Every property advertiser on Luxuryvillafinder.com is invited to have their property approved for our "Lux Veritas Verification" seal of approval, free of charge. This service helps our site visitors feel secure that properties featured here have been screened by a third party for "authenticity." Approved properties receive an exclusive graphic seal applied to the property's profile.
LuxuryVillaFinder is committed to helping vacation property guests avoid the occasional frauds and scams that are sometimes committed against renters. Typically these scams may involve the creation of fake adverts to attract clients to send in advance deposits for properties which do not actually exist (or, which exist as photos or even in person, but which are not actually for rent).
While not 100% foolproof, our Lux Veritas Verified seal placed on an advert helps your potential guests know that an extra layer of pre-screening security has been completed for the property. A seal indicates that in all likelihood the property is an established home that has been marketed as a vacation rental for several years with no history of fraudulent activity. Newer properties with less history must undergo a bit heavier screening in order to pass the Lux Veritas Verification.
We feel it is in the best interest of both luxury villa owners AND renters if they may book and make deposits confidently, knowing that a property has been authenticated.
Your ad will be published without the seal. Once your villa advert has been approved for final publishing, we will send you an invitation and detailed requirements to apply for the Lux Veritas Verification seal. At your option you may provide us with the documentary/informational details in order to obtain the seal.
