Before Set Up of Your Feature Ad, you Understand and Agree to the Following:

You should be well organised:

• Ideally, the rental property is already well-organized as a business venture. There should already be a system in place for booking, payment, granting of the keys, contact person, housekeeping, and so on. Ideally, facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, pool table, bicycles, etc. should be operational and all ancillary equipment in place, if advertised as part of the property. Otherwise, do not advertise that you offer those features if they are not really available. • Property owners/agents should be prepared to respond quickly to client inquiries forwarded from Luxuryvillafinder.com. If Luxuryvillafinder.com receives many complaints about an advertiser’s lack of service regarding unreturned e-mails, phone calls, or payment processing issues/scams, Luxuryvillafinder reserves the right to remove that ad from the site and no refund will be given.
  

You should provide necessary information:

• Important information such as noise issues, construction being undertaken nearby, children not welcome, “no smoking” or anything important related to a client’s potential stay, should be stated up front in the reply form advertisers will create to reply to inquiries. Advertisers are also given the opportunity to honestly disclose "disadvantages" of the property in the Owner's Policies area of their ad. We highly suggest doing this first to cut down on any unpleasant surprises in the booking process for the guest.
  

We set high standards:

• Luxuryvillafinder.com is a high-quality, exclusive advertising venue and search engine where villa owners and/or their agents may find international exposure on the internet. Our site caters to a discriminating clientele and a compelling demographic who are actively searching to find their ideal vacation rental.
  
  
• Properties featured on Luxuryvillafinder.com must meet a high standard - both in image and reality. Property photos and descriptions must give the impression of having a high level of comfort, cleanliness, charm, and décor - in any price range. In person: properties should be meeting the client’s expectation from the descriptions and photos represented on Luxuryvillafinder.com.
  
  
• Properties must be adequately furnished to support the number of people they are advertised to accommodate.
  
  
• Luxuryvillafinder.com reserves the right to refuse or remove any property from advertising on the site for any reason. In the case of removal, we will consult with the property owner/agent beforehand regarding the removal to explain the reason and to find a solution if possible. In the case of refusal, we do not feel the need to offer any explanation for the non-acceptance of the Feature Ad. Potential advertisers must realize that we look to represent only properties which meet our somewhat strict criteria and can be included in one of our categories. An uncompleted Feature Ad will not be featured in the site until all necessary information is received. Properties which have been deleted from the site at our discretion will be refunded on a pro rata basis as long as the credit card or payment method originally used is still active. Properties removed from site due to consumer complaints about lack of response by email, phone or other missed communications, may be removed without refund.
  
  
• Luxuryvillafinder.com reserves the right to refuse any ad containing innapropriate or distasteful content, and will offer suggestions for an improvement to the Feature Ad. A property not meeting our criteria, and/or unclear or unattractive photography is also grounds for refusal from advertising on the site. Any videos which are not considered good quality or relevent to the presentation of the property will not be approved.
