Please read the following important information before proceeding with the Setup of your Feature Ad

How to complete your feature ad:

• Upon completion of the basic details of your Feature ad, including uploads of all the photos you plan to feature, the system will send us a notice to either "Approve" or "Disapprove" the ad for publication and payment. We will get back to you within 2 business days with approval.
  
  
• Upon payment we will allow you to immediately publish your presentation if the entire property ad meets our specifications. LuxuryVillaFinder.com will make a final review of your presentation to make sure it is appropriate for our site. If you have not already done so, please review our Criteria for Inclusion in the Site.

Your Feature Ad is complete when we receive the following items from you:

• A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 photographs. Exterior and Interior. The photos should be in jpeg format and be of high quality. They should not, however be larger than 1 megabyte each.
  
  
• An Interesting Title for Your Property
  
  
• A completely filled-out questionnaire which will ultimately help site users find your property based on its interior/exterior features, price, amenities, location, etc. You may save the form and return to it at any time if you don't have time to fill it out in one sitting. This is an extremely important part of your Feature Ad. Remember to save your work often to avoid the site's closure of your active screen/account due to inactivity.
  
  
• A well-written description of the home. For examples, please see our Sample Villa Ads.
  
  
• An active e-mail address which Luxuryvillafinder.com can use to forward inquiries about the property. We will not disclose your e-mail address on our website, but it is important that the email address we send customers to is regularly checked.
  
  
• Links to up to three virtual tours if required.
  
  
• Your Contact Information. This is to be used only by Luxuryvillafinder.com staff in the creation of your ad and for later contact regarding advertising with our site. We will not sell your details to any third parties.
