Refunds on your Luxury Vacation Property Advertising
To receive the full benefit of your listing on Luxury Villa Finder it is best to allow your listing to run continuously on a year-around basis. We believe the cost of our standard profile ad is well-justified if it results in a booking for your property for even just one week in a property renting for $2,000+ per week. Even if that property is only booked once per year from our site, you have generated a very healthy return on your advertising investment. If the customer books the villa again or refers a friend, then you have really made a good investment in your LVF ad!
A one year commitment allows us to properly market your property in online articles, direct e-mails we send to our opt-in registered users, our blogs, Google Adwords, You Tube and other programs undertaken to increase reservations for your property. To allow for adjustments to the search engine optimization of your property ad, and for your ad to proliferate in search engines, it is best to allow listings to run continuously on a year-round basis. For this reason, LVF does not advertise properties on a 3, 6, or 9-month basis.
LVF is happy to cancel your Feature Ad listing and send you a full refund, less a $75 service fee if you are not satisfied with your Luxury Villa finder listing for any reason during the first 30 days of service. Please view our Terms and Conditions policy page for complete details.
Top 20 Feature Ad is subject to the same policies described above if it was ordered for a 12 month increment. Cancellation of your Feature Ad, if linked to a Top 20 ad, is automatically cancelled at the same time, with no additional service fee incurred.
Feature Ads and Top 20 Ads are not eligible for a refund if cancelled after 30 days of service, based on the date of your emailed request.
If cancelled, we will inactivate and hide the details your ad unless otherwise instructed. However, we will hold it for one year for “safe keeping” in case you wish to return to us.
We issue refunds only for your first LVF listing during the first 30 days of service. We do not put subscriptions “on hold” nor “freeze” your account. You do have the option of “hiding” your Feature Ad and Top 20 ad from viewing, via the control panel, in My Account, however this does not interrupt the continuity of your annual subscription and financial commitment to pay for the ad.
Refunds are not available for second or subsequent listings. Please consider this when ordering additional Feature Ads.
To request a refund, click here or contact us at billing@luxuryvillafinder.com. Include your LVF Ad number and the reason for your request. We will process your request within five days of receipt.
If you RENEW your Feature Ad, you do so with the understanding that it will remain online for one full year without refund unless we are instructed to remove, delete, or hide the ad.
